Shipping policy

We are committed to delivering your orders quickly and reliably throughout Europe. All our products, including apparel (t-shirts, hoodies, sweatshirts) and drinkware (mugs) are printed on demand when you order, then shipped from a local facility as close as possible to your destination. We partner with Gelato, a global print-on-demand network, to produce and ship items from within Europe. This local production model results in faster delivery, lower shipping costs, and reduced carbon emissions.

Gelato’s global production network (orange dots on the map) includes 140+ production partners in 32 countries, with a high concentration in Europe. By leveraging this network, orders are printed and shipped from facilities near the customer. Gelato reports that most orders in Europe are produced and delivered within 3–5 days, ensuring your items arrive quickly and securely.

Shipping Regions (Europe Only)

Where do we ship? We currently ship orders only to European countries. Thanks to Gelato’s extensive network, we can fulfill and deliver orders all across Europe, including major markets like the UK, Spain, Italy, France, Germany, Norway, Sweden, and more. Below is the list of European countries/territories we serve:

  • European Union (EU) Countries: All 27 EU member states – Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.
  • United Kingdom & Ireland: Includes England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, and the Republic of Ireland. (Channel Islands are also covered.)
  • Scandinavia: Norway (included as part of our European service), plus Sweden and Denmark (both EU members, listed above).
  • EFTA countries: Iceland, LiechtensteinSwitzerland (European Free Trade Association states).
  • Other European territories: Andorra, Monaco, San Marino, Vatican City, Gibraltar, Faroe Islands, Greenland, and similar European microstates or territories.

At this time, we do not ship outside of Europe. Our store’s shipping settings are restricted to the countries listed above.

Production & Delivery Times

How long will delivery take? We strive to deliver your order as fast as possible. Because items are made on demand, please allow a short production time before shipping. Gelato’s print partners guarantee to start production by the next business day after you place an order.

Production Time: Most orders are printed within 1-2 days

Shipping Time: Once produced, your package is handed off to a local courier. Delivery speed depends on the destination country and the shipping method you select (Standard vs. Express):

  • Standard (Economy) Shipping: For domestic shipments within the same country, typical delivery is 2–4 business days. For cross-border shipments within Europe, it’s usually around 4–6 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Prioritized expedited delivery, often 1–3 business days transit time. Express orders are delivered faster (often shaving off a day or more compared to standard).

In total, most European orders arrive within 3–5 business days from the order date (this estimate includes both production and shipping time. Actual delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and any unforeseen delays). We will provide an estimated delivery date at checkout for your order based on live data, you’ll see this before confirming your purchase.

Shipping Options & Costs

When you check out, you can choose your preferred shipping speed (Standard/Economy or Express) based on availability in your country. Standard shipping offers the best value and quick delivery for most orders, while Express shipping (if available) costs extra but delivers your items faster. All available methods and prices will be shown at checkout, so you can decide what works best for you.

  • Flat Regional Rates: We apply the flat-rate shipping fees provided by Gelato for the European region, so typically the base shipping fee is identical across EU countries for eligible products and standard shipping. However, for certain products or shipping methods the cost may vary by destination country.
  • “First product” and additional items: For most products, the shipping fee is split into a base rate for the first item and a smaller additional rate for each extra item of the same kind in the same order. For example, adding a second t-shirt to your cart will only increase the shipping cost by a smaller increment, making combined shipping very economical.
  • Express rates: If you select Express delivery, the shipping charge will be higher than standard (reflecting the premium service). The exact cost for Express depends on the destination and product weight/size. We use live rate calculation to give you the best available express price during checkout.

Note: All shipping costs are transparently shown before you finalize payment. The final shipping fee (and an estimated delivery date) will appear after you enter your address at checkout. We want you to know exactly what you’ll pay for shipping with no surprises.

Order Tracking & Delivery

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track the package. All orders are shipped with reliable courier services that support end-to-end tracking. Gelato works with over 40 global carriers (including well-known companies like DHL, FedEx, Royal Mail, and more) to deliver packages quickly and securely. The carrier for your order is chosen based on the optimal route and service for your location, this ensures timely delivery whether the item is coming from a neighboring country or within your own country.

You can track the progress of the shipment using the provided tracking link as soon as it’s dispatched. Updates will show when the item is in transit and out for delivery, so you’ll know when to expect it.

Delivery Attempts: Our carriers will attempt delivery to the address you provided. If you are not available at the time of delivery, the carrier may leave a notice or attempt re-delivery, or deliver to a secure pickup point (depending on the carrier and country). Please follow the instructions from the carrier’s tracking updates or notice. Feel free to contact us or the carrier’s customer service if you need assistance with receiving your package.

Packaging & Handling

We take care to ensure your items are packaged safely for their journey. Gelato uses efficient, damage-resistant packaging designed for each product type. For example, mugs are typically shipped in padded boxes to prevent breakage, and apparel is sealed in waterproof poly mailers or boxes to keep them clean and dry. 

Because we produce and ship within Europe, most customers will not incur any import taxes or customs fees on their orders. If you are in an EU country and the item is produced in another EU country, it ships duty-free within the EU’s single market. For customers in non-EU European countries (such as Switzerland or Norway), Gelato’s network will try to fulfill your order locally (within your country) whenever possible to avoid cross-border shipping. In the rare case that a product is shipped internationally to your country, you might be subject to customs fees per local regulations. We recommend checking your country’s import rules for low-value goods; however, again, this is rarely an issue due to our localized production. If any customs paperwork is required, it will be handled by the carrier, and you will be contacted if any action is needed on your end.

Our partnership with Gelato means we can also leverage their support and logistics network to ensure any shipping hiccups are addressed promptly.
